April Picks
Sherry's Pick:
Just looking at this bottle makes my mouth water with anticipation! A delightful strawberry color with fine bubbles, instant aroma of fresh raspberries, tempting the palate into a very refreshing drink.
Tim's Pick:
This is a great value...a hearty robust Cab perfect for enjoying with a juicy steak, hot off the grill. Spicy and bold with flavors of black pepper and dark cherry...goes well with or without food.
Victoria's Pick:
This is the perfect summer refreshment! Very pale with glints of brassy green. It pours up with a very brief froth and leaves random bubbles behind, but it's petillant...not truly a sparkling wine. Simple, delicate white fruit aromas focus on a hint of musky melon; light carbonation adds a prickle to the crisp, dry flavor.
Cindy's Pick:
This is a beautiful French Rose, I'm usually into reds, but this just takes the cake - especially if you are enjoying with a lighter meal or entertaining a group with varying tastes. A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Cabernet and Mourvedre. Elegant flavors of red berries, mineral notes and a clean finish. Great on it's own, or with sushi, salads, pizza and mild cheeses.
