Basic Room Rental:
• $75 per hour - groups 50 people or less.
• $100 per hour - groups 51 or more
Room can accommodate up to maximum of 80 seated, or 120 if casual "mingling" atmosphere.
Room rental includes: use of room, kitchen, stemware, tables, chairs, garbage removal and cleaning. Please bag all garbage and remove any decorations. (please do not use glitter or confetti). Uncorkt does NOT provide table/serveware or flatware, please ask your caterer, make arrangements with a rental company, or bring your own.
Please note: We allow "free" time for set up before your event anytime during business hours the day of your event...or the prior evening, IF the room is not being used by another party. You will be charged hourly from the start of your event until you are completely out of the room. Time will be prorated by the 1/2 hr.)
*Table Linens:
Can be supplied through Uncorkt at a charge of $3 per table. If they are ordered, linens will be put on tables for you. Linen napkins in various colors are available for $.50 per piece, please order at least 2 weeks prior to your event date. If you do not wish to order linens through Uncorkt, you may bring in your own. Rounds & rectangle tables require 82", Bistro tables 52".
* Wine & Beer Purchase Options with Room Rental:
15% Discount on bottles purchased for your event, we will chill your beer & white wine selections ahead of time. You only pay for the bottles that have been opened...any partial bottles can be packaged to go.
(Please note: All alcohol (wine & beer) consumed on premises must be purchased from Uncorkt; Soda & bottled water can be provided if you wish, but you are welcome to carry in. No hard liquor is allowed)
Additional Information:
• A hold can be put on a date for you for 72 hrs.
• To confirm a date a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit equal to 1 hr. rent is required to reserve date.
• Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made at least 72 hrs. in advance of the scheduled event date. Less than 72 hrs. notice, the remainder of the room rental fee for the reserved time will be charged.
